Running a half marathon has always been a personal goal, and I’m honored to do it for TeamFACES—a chance to challenge myself while giving back to a community that means so much to me. Having experienced seizures throughout my own life and now working as a nurse caring for epilepsy patients at NYU, I’ve seen firsthand the resilience of this community and the life-changing impact of support, advocacy, and research.
