Welcome to My Personal Page
Hi everyone!
I'm so honored to support NYU Langone Health as I train to run the New York City Marathon this November!
I'm running in honor of my grandma, "Nanny," who battled pancreatic cancer until she passed away in 2008. She was a pillar of our family and I miss her terribly. While that form of cancer is personal to me, every cancer diagnosis is devastating.
In addition to that, I’m raising money to help drive breakthroughs in medicine and support world-class care at NYU Langone Health. Supporting research is more important than ever, especially as our federal administration has begun cutting cancer research funding from the NIH, directly impacting academic medical centers across the country.
Today, researchers at NYU are advancing innovative treatments and technologies for early cancer diagnosis and care, including advanced imaging, immunotherapy, precision medicine, and genetic testing. But they can only continue this groundbreaking work with the support from the community.
Join me in honoring Nanny's legacy and bringing hope to the millions who are impacted by cancer every day. I’m confident that your generosity will make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Thank you for your support!
Gratefully,
Xander
