NYU Langone Health is thrilled to be an Official Hospital Partner and Official Charity Partner of F45 HYROX New York 2025 on May 30 - June 1, 2025, and we are excited to be giving away thirty (30) additional entries to this year’s SOLD OUT event.

 

For a chance to earn one of these limited entries, participants must enter through the interest form below and make a commitment to fundraise a minimum of $1,000 for NYU Langone Health.

 

These entries will grant participants the following benefits:

  • Access to all competition divisions, including SOLD OUT Open Men/Women, Doubles Men/Women, as well as Mixed Doubles on Friday, May 30th
  • Collection of select HYROX x Puma training gear
  • The cost of entry and associated fees waived for charity participants

How do I sign up?

  • Fill out the interest form below and we will add you to our lottery
  • First round of selected participants will be notified by May 16th, with additional participants notified on a rolling basis
  • A final email will be sent at the conclusion of the lottery
